How to create a ICO crowdfunding page for Multisig Wallet?

Hi guys,

are there any available templates for Crowdfunding pages.
I am speaking about the Coin collecting part of the page so where you login "buy coins" and see the balance of your future coins?
It seems that most of the smaller ICO are simply doing it by an Ethereum contract or with a waves sell wall. But how are the bigger ICO doing it?

By template, it sounds like you are looking for a solution on the market that you can buy and white-label for your project purposes.

I'm actually very glad that no one has created a "template" for this.  Having this increases the likelihood of scammers buying and customizing a template for a fake offering.  As a community, let's please not encourage this.

No there are a lot of projects running for example on ETH or Waves. But how are the other ones done?
It's a template doesn't anyone knows where to start?
