I think it is always a good time to buy any of the major cryptos (BTC, ETH, LTC) the market caps are still nowhere near where they will be if they survive to maturity. Spread your money around to solid leaders and sure one or two will fail longterm, but, some will win majorly MAJORLY!!!!

I think it's the right time. because most people will buy ethereum, because the price is still cheap and easy to find. but we do not know what will happen in 2018, ethereum can go up and will be hard to find. so while it's easy, it's a breeze to buy.
