Sher Shah Suri is a unique emperor in medieval history. He introduced the 'Rupaya' or 'Rupee' which is the official currency in India, Pakistan, and other countries. He is also credited with organizing the postal system and building Grand Trunk Road- from Chittagong (Presently in West Bengal) to Kabul (Afghanistan)

The Rupaya team chose the name Rupaya instead of rupee which was given by the British colonialist

The Rupaya Project was first launched in 2014, it started as scrypt pow coin, throughout the years it transformed into a POW/POS hybrid cryptocurrency and now it has hard forked to introduce MasterNodes, Private Transactions, Instant Transactions and Digital Governance

Governance will greatly improve this project as investors and infrastructure maintainers will have the ability to submit proposals and vote on them

Reward Ratio : 60/20/20  | 60% Will go to MasterNodes | 20% to Stakers | 20% to Budget for Governance " Governance will kick in at the next super block : 43200" So stakers will get 40% until then.

Thank you for taking time to post on our thread.

Like I said in my previous answer Rupaya is being managed and developed by me at this moment kind of like a one man team.

The aim of this coin is to bring awareness to crypto currencies in South Asia and eventually have adoption from shops and merchants throughout South Asia that is our long term goal.

I am trying my best not to make it a trading only coin which is why I am not paying for it to be spontaneously listed on a exchange nor I have the means to do so.

The website is using Wordpress but is not hosted by them. Whitepaper and the whole idea behind this coin will be soon updated on our website once I go through my notes.

I would like to welcome the community to take part in the development of Rupaya how little it may be.

P.S. People would say there is Bitcoin already but its too expensive for the average Joe in South Asia

TradeSatoshi Rupaya is listed as RUP2 but RUP has our logo, I would advise not to trade Rupaya there

Active development, and NovaExchange listing from votes.  Targeting a huge emerging market that really needs decentralization.

This looks like a promising project, I will eagerly await the whitepaper that is in production.
