Hey,

i have a small (non profit) facebook site about just funny and interresting videos. Not more than aUNILAD or 9Gag in small.
So i do not have any limited areas on the world the videos can reach people.
What is the best way to promote it without investment?
I aimed 100k real likes in end of this year.

I do not mean SEO cause SEO don't help me with a fansite.
I mean sites, spots, ways where i can find to get real likes and followers.

Yeah groups are very good to publish.

Are there any tips how i can bring more likes form "out" of facebook? I mean sites or spots (not really exchanger) to promote?
I go very well so far, now it's the time for the next step.

Try to cross-promote with other facebook pages. Post to relevant facebook groups. Promote on your own facebook profile or ask your friends to promote on their profiles. Try to post in relevant forums.

If these don't get the required results, use paid facebook ads.
