My bank manager called me and requested legal basis for receiving money from MtGox (I've withdrawed 1000usd). What documents I should send them? I suppose that it Is something like "terms of withdraw", but I can not find this terms on mtgox.
If someone stucked with the same problem please reply. Is it better to ask about that in mtgox support?
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Really I don't know. That is was the first transfer into that bank account (I've opened it few days ago) maybe it is usual security check. As far as I understand they need this explanation only once (after that they would not disturb me about the transfers)
