There are only a couple of places where you can legally trade to steam gift cards. There's actually a lot of Regulation behind it and you agreed to them with you signed off on the terms and conditions. I hope Selling in this manner is completely ok and not violated that Microsoft terms and conditions.
I will refer it to one of my friends who seems interested in it.
