COSS.IO May 23rd 2018Dear members of the community, some short updates to share:-API update -New Hires -UI progress -Security & additional payment channels -Community updates -Promos -Coss party We want to share some updates on where we are with APIs. An API engine is being considered for integration into our exchange. We are looking at how we can manage the API to prevent malicious usage and increase the security of our platform.We are not able to commit to a timeline but we will update when progress is made on the API. The road to rolling out APIs draws nearer. New hires. Six new developers are in the process of being confirmed. They will be coming on board in June. Their roles are as follows:-Dev-ops Engineer -Network Engineer -Two Front-end Developers -Backend Developer -Application Operation Software Engineer -with more coming… Now, we want to manage your expectations here. We are as excited as you are, in knowing that there is new manpower coming. But they will need time to review the infrastructure, on-boarding, etc. Once they are settled in, you can look forward to a more stable exchange and a better experience with us. The new UI is coming along great. All pages have been completed, and we are in the last stages of squashing little bugs in them. We are in the home stretch! If the final tests runs smooth we should be very close to unveiling the new look of our site. A security company has been engaged to conduct penetration testing. For security purposes, the name of the company will not be revealed. However, we can disclose that the company is an approved member of CREST. This means that the company is regulated, and has a proven track record in processes and procedures in the technical information security industry. Do check out the CREST website for more information on this organization. Speaking of security, our three developers in KL have also been working on improving our current security features. Work of this nature is mostly behind the scenes, so it will not be something visible to the public, but we want to give you greater peace of mind when using our exchange. To add on : you would also be pleased to know that they are working on additional payment channels for FIAT deposit/withdrawals which would provide more options for you. It seems to me that now the situation is improving, Fiat is connected, there are stocks, it would work even over the commissions and everything will be fine.
i hope you are right,, if evrything is fine and i hope the price of coss token should growing now if not hardly maybe slowly |

I think though it would have been great if API implementation had come in before the FIAT as to build volume and momentum but the DEVELOPER MONG said she preferred to beef up security and add fiat first. I think this is why so many left COSS but price is fairly stable now at around 30k GWEI 9ETH SATS THAT IS) and is trading sideways for a while. I think if there is implementation of API and volume goes up a lot we will see a sharp rise in the price of COSS. Also if there is a bull run there will be a lot more trading on the altcoin exchanges in general. On a down note, there are many now decentralized exchanges coming, so competition is also ramping up, there are pros and cons on holding COSS but generally speaking it can only get better from here if the bear market doesn't continue for too long. |

65k$ is very, very small amount! BNB (in pairs: BTC,ETH & USDT) has > 30 000 000 $ daily trading volume! But for example - KCS has only ~ 350 000 $ trading volume - it is very small for huge exchange I mean. COSS team needs to do something... |

But 10x is doable. 100x is if something drastic happens like crypto going $2+trilion and COSS hitting Binance volume. And if you want some serious gain. Go for 3-8mil market cap coins with serious development. Sooner or later, they will be recognized for their hard work. |
