Would like to ask if somebody can give advise.
We are US based group of people , before the regulations 25 July We were working to launch ICO which takes place in real economy in California.
The process we were expecting : launch ICO , investors all around the world except US. residents can participate, but collected funds going to be invested in California.
I am going probably to get a lot of hate but would like to hear what everybody think about it ?
If somebody knows experienced law-firm please advise.
We already contact with some lawyers but not many of them specified on crypto cases.
The main concern start from July 25 after SEC regulations.
