If you are gonna be lucky   you can buy some when ico is open (like other people that are going to be trying to get in).

The whitelist essentially guarantees that you get in to the ICO. There will a max cap per individual. This is to ensure that the Enigma ICO doesn't close in the whitelist window. Other people who aren't on the whitelist will be given a chance to participate as well.

I have understood this moment. I ask how exactly process of sale for those will be carried out who doesn't consist in the white list?

How many will be time at participants of the white list?
When will sale for the others begin? There will be this certain time? Or number of the block?

Given that many of the whitelisted Chinese investors will no longer participate, following the recent news from the Bank of China, will the team move some more of the people on the waitlist to the whitelist? There was some confusion over the registration on the main page and the actual whitelist sign up on the Google docs, and I didn't sign up to the whitelist by Aug 20 because of this.

So was this white list reopened in order to ensure you all receive more ETH to make up for the ETH that was "hacked" from your accounts? Because that is how I am understanding it.. also what is this about NOT needing to be on the whitelist? Seriously? So why am I jumping through hoops to be placed on the whitelist? I am starting to grow even more suspicious of this company and the ICO.. this does not smell right at all..

Hardcap was changed from $30mln to $45mln.\
$20mln are collected in presale from whales, they got +big% bonus, without limit an individual cap.
 
Now an individual cap for whitelist participants is $3600
