I wonder if the dev team has their development plan or they just let the flow go on, every distribution of the bounties means another dump in terms of pricing and another decrease on what we have received in terms of value. I knew that price is out of control of the dev but if there is at least a development plan to reduce the risk of dumping so hard.

They are making the development but you cannot take away the bounty because it was already here from the beginning.
It has dump but same with other coins, at least we saw that price is a little stable at 500 sats, it's not dead since it still has a value, we should blame
the current market status here.

I guess bounty distribution is already over but you can see on the price, it's still stable.
We see a good support at this range and for those who have not invested yet, this is a good entry as price will not go down anymore IMO.

I heard that the next payment will be paid out without going through KYC, but to get paid in November you will need KYC, in general for me such procedures indicate that the team is working and not dumping their project, they are probably one of the few who are.

Working on what? It's more like the team doesn't want to pay bounty hunters and this procedure weeds them out

From the start the atlant team decision making is totally horrible especially in bounty payments first is the decision to make a monthly payments for 18 months last year which I cant see no effect to stop the hunters from dumping they should pay us in full payments last year and Im sure it will recover in just a month or two and another is for forcing bounty hunters to comply with kyc which is not stated during the bounty campaign, the project atlant is totally good but the team is worst very poor management.

Look at the bright side, there is a reason why they chose eighteen months to distribute. I think it's based on their timetable. They probably calculated that it will take two years before licenses and platform will be ready to use.

I guess so, the thing is they have to pay a big amount of bounty to the bounty participants and they cannot make it one time as it will surely
make this project dead. They are making a move that will benefit both the investors and the bounty hunters, 18 months with fixed monthly reward
is a good choice as it also help the bounty hunters to hold once they see the development is good.

The ERC-1462 Security Token standard, proposed by ATLANT to be used for tokenizing real estate properties, has passed the initial review phase as an Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP).

Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs) describe standards for the Ethereum platform, including core protocol specifications, client APIs, and contract standards.

ATLANT’s Motivation

There are several security token standards that have been proposed recently, however the ATLANT team has concerns about each of them, mostly because the scope of each of these EIPs contains many project-specific or market-specific details. Since many EIPs are coming from the respective backing companies, they capture many niche requirements that are excessive for a general case. The explanation with examples and case studies are available in the original draft of this standard.

What ATLANT proposes in this EIP is a simple and very modular solution for creating a base security token for the widest possible scope of applications, so it can be used by other issuers to build upon. Other issuers will be able to add more restrictions and policies to the token, using the proposed functions and implementation, but they will not be limited in any way while using this ERC.

This focus and pragmatic approach has allowed ATLANT to create a clear and concise general security token specification. Due to this approach, ATLANT’s proposed ERC-1462 draft has now become the first merged standard draft addressing the general case of Security Token utilization on the Ethereum blockchain. We are continuing to collect feedback from the community, as well as developing our own products that will leverage ERC-1462, soon.

There should be no changes in terms of payment method, the only thing they announce is the KYC requirement in order to receive the monthly
reward and I think it's not a hard thing to comply, we should be grateful that the team are doing all they can to continue the development and as a bounty hunter, we will also benefit on this as long as we do not dump.
