Starting a site for some members who want to do more player vs player wagering than vs a site or "house"
Basic idea? (post your bet and allow others to agree or haggle odds)
A forum board that you cannot edit your posts to prove transparency between users. A "police" forum to report non payment members as well as a reputation system. User will post their own odds and stipulations for the wager and other members may post to apply for the bet. Both users must post that they agree to a wager in order for it to be official and allow us to "police" the wager agreement (as no posts are editable nor can be deleted.
