My 16x GPU slot i can only sometimes get to give me a normL hashrate but usually it is stuck at 4mh/s. So I need an x16 riser for that slot? What other problems could there be causing this?

Check your core and memory clocks when its mining. Shitty BIOS settings will sometimes keep the card from hitting higher speed profiles. If you're using MSI afterburner and you see the core is running at 300mhz even though its set at 1200mhz lets say, try setting to 1201 and see if it jumps back up and hashing normal. If so, flash your BIOS with different steppings.

You sir, you are a superstar! I lowered the core to 1201 and bam it worked, no issues. I can live with this as it is for now <3
