Actually, the 250BTC Donation was to finish the MicroCash beta. And yes, he did receive the 250BTC and yes he took his good old time
getting around to finally finishing the MicroCash beta, BUT  HE DID FINISH IT !  And we have had several SUCCESSFUL runs with
it ! 

So, not sure where you are getting your information from, but you might want to check again.
