i own few... BTC LTC DOGE ETH ... use some of them for trading and selling.... these are few coins i trust and for holding for long term investment... (i am dont want to hurt or disrespect other in this thread it is just my own opinion)
My list is a lot like yours. I have eth and ltc stored and btc which I withdraw from time to time. Even though I lost 60% of my ethereum because of the wallet scam, so far my investments were rather successful, for I bought eth for $16 and litecoin for $20.  I wanted to buy doge, because I think this is a hugely underestimated great coin. Plus it is really cheap. Or so I thought, because when I wanted to buy it, I found only sites where it was worth $0.1 per coin which is ten times bigger than the price on coinmarketcap! Could you advice me where to buy doge for btc on reasonable prices and not on a big sum of money (say, for a few dollars).

Used to be a lot, nowadays focus more on security and keep them off-line. To much hassle to have a lot of different wallets.

A new crypto currency - a recoin - was launched yesterday. It can become a successful alternative to the usual crypto currency. Recoin can be called a crypto-securities, because the coin is backed with real estate in the US.

I once had a polybius token coin resulted from a signature campaign, and some other coins but in small amount (such as ptoy, zrcoin, humaniq) result from social media bounty on TVE. But everything is sold out for living expenses

I own about a total of 4 different coins. I have to summarize my coins to four after a cloud not manage them the way I want. I was having some coin that I even forget to claim them and some of them I have forget the wallet key.  I think it is good not to gather too many coins if this is not your day job.

steem and lbry is the easiest coin to get. just need to post a blog or watch a video to get it.

Besides bitcoin, I own around 10-12 different altcoins. I think I cannot even count them at once.  Cheesy

I have some tokens which I will hold for long time. Litecoin, etc, stox, tezos, snm, stratis, eth, dice, storj, these are the ones.

I currently have 7

NEO - 30%
Litecoin - 20%
ETH - 20%
Golem - 10%
Signatum - 10%
PIVX - 5%
GameCoin - 5%

Prospectives

VOX
FirstBlood
IOTA

Probably wont go past 10 for the short term. Like others have mentioned, it is difficult to stay on top of all the coins. If you are HODLing then you can probably safely manage more as you are storing long term.

Best of Luck!

I own more than 25 altcoins right now. Most of them that I bought are on a very low price. Dividing your investments on different coins is a good strategy. I'm more of a short-term holder or daytrader so that's why I have many coins.
