I am still looking for staking instructions. If anybody can provide a link to a guide about staking it will be nice. I mean tutorial where is explained how long wallet has to be open, how much will I get and troubleshooting because I have problems with staking. I have searched for help here and on slack sooner but nobody could help me. I got the info that I have to download new wallet and change dat file which I did but there is no change and wallet is still not staking.

Today I have downloaded new wallet and I hope this will resolve this problem. That is why I need detailed information about staking.

If all works as intended, staking is automatic, you shouldn't have to set up anythig. Just need to have some coins on wallet and leave it for a few days (unlock for staking if you encrypted your wallet).

I have my wallet open for staking as you see on screen. I have downloaded new wallet and changed wallet.dat file. I hope now it will stake again. I have to wait minimal 24 hours to be sure.

I have a problem with installing new client. I can't execute a file. I try to extract Masternodecoin application from rar file but nothing happens. I see masternode process running in my task manager but that is it. Wallet doesn't start.

your system ?win 7 or win 10?

I have managed to unzip this file. There is nothing wrong with wallet rar file available for download on Github. I had problems with my zip software and that caused problems.

I want to say that this skin looks bad. It looks not professional and unfinished. I hope there will be a change.

I think the most important thing about a wallet is its functionality than having flashy colors or things like that

actually new version just for new coming applications ,if you dont like it ,change to old version ,lol

Agree that most important thing is functionality but don't forget that marketing is very important too. Wallet presents this project to users.  They will judge by his appearance and usefulness.

The coin uses both PoS and PoW, but I cannot find details about when the PoS will be activated in MasternodeCoin's network.

PoW was only used to mine all the MTNC.
In fact it is a PoS coin with masternodes - PoS is active since this coin is public.

it's not mandatory update .

For Windows Masternode operators, I would advise you NOT update without making a backup. My MN cannot stay active with the new wallet code. I never had this problem with the old wallet. Now my masternode falls out of the active list periodically. I'm rolling back to the previous software version as my revenue is being sacrificed.

Backup your data is the most necessary thing all of us need to do before trying to change anything in our wallets, or computers, etc. Take care.
