Gambling with altcoins

I see many coins around. Even a year ago there were some casinos accepting litecoin and dogecoin. As bitcoin is now really expensive and slow plus some people are afraid of tomorrow's segwit thing, I thought it would be interesting enough to create a poll and see how many people still gamble with bitcoin and are there many fans of other coins. Nowadays the range is really wide, so we have what to choose from What do you think?

I would still stick on Bitcoin, as ive chose in the pole too. Yes, there are lots of coins as an alternative which a certain site do offer.Like on FJ they do accept ETH and Monero as of now which is great and there are lots of sites too which offer the same thing.There are people who do love to use alts on gambling because of confirmation matter regarding deposits and withdrawals. When you are really on a hurry on making such bets then alts would be a best choice but on this case id really love to stick on the way ive got used to be.

I prefer to bitcoin and ethereum as an alternative to play. Both coins are very popular coins and have many gambling sites that accepted altcoin like ethereum. Although bitcoin is now really expensive I keep using it because bitcoin is still the best to be doubled.

I play dices with ltc and doge sometimes. I never tried any other game with alts, this is my only experience in gambling with alts.
I commented one thread yesterday, I saw nice roulette and that site accepts many difrent alts. But I don't know how much is minimal bet, if it suits me I would try that site with some little deposit in alts, of course I will first exchange my bitcoins for alt I plan to gamble with. I still wait for response about that, I don't wish to register if someone can tell me more info about it.

As I see Bitcoin still rules the Crypto-Currency gambling world. Most gamblers use Bitcoin to gamble doesn't matter its price (high or low). But the gambling with ETH and LTC are growing, there are many gamblers using ETH at this moment and some gamblers using LTC also. I believe these are the favorite gambler's currencies. And there are those casinos accepting only AltCoins like Burst and Clam casinos, they have a good traffic also on their sites.

actually i was gamble with the coins I have so if i only have doge or Litecoin and wanna starting gamble so i would do it with those coin but indeed bitcoin is the main reason why i gamble using cryptocurrency and i hearing that some of gambling sites has disable deposit or withdrawal for bitcoin untill segwit has finished but it doesn't matter for me because i'm not fear for these situations but if segwit successfully and had good effect for bitcoin so i think i would stick to bitcoin

I don't gamble much, so I voted for that, but I have done some gambling with Litecoin in the past, when Bitcoin was being spammed by Roger Ver and the big blockers, I was not able to make successful small amount of coin transactions into the casino deposit wallet, so on that time I didnt have any other options but to go with the best altcoin out there, and that's Litecoin. It's fast, a clone of BTC, easy to use. Some casinos support it.

I recommend all casinos in cryptoworld to get Litecoin running because it's the perfect coin during spam attacks on the BTC network.

I do always a gambling, not every day at least 3-5 times a week of 5hours I am a fan of bitcoins and i also like altcoins specially ETH and LTC sometimes I like doge. But there's a site that I dont wanna play anymore, in luckygames, in that site you can find so many altcoins. One day, I got bored, I have 4k DGB in Polo and I decided to send it to LG, suddenly after 8 rolls my balance got 0, 65% win chance.. 2 wins in a row then next roll red up to 8 rolls. I never use other altcoins when I experienced loss in LG except ETH, LTC and DOGE.

Litecoin it is not good saving therefore you can use it more loosing of any other. I think we do not gambling with bitcoin or ethereum due to be safer side to loose our more due to price fluctuation, fees and potential wise. Keep holding bitcoin to win in the Segwit2x fork.

To get altcoins you need bitcoins most of time so if you gamble with 0.1 bitcoin or 1 ether or 6 litecoin how will it even make a difference it can help you get a different mind set but eventually losing 0.1 bitcoin or 6 litecoin is still the same thing i can't understand how does gambling with altcoins make a difference

I'm oldschool. I like the experience that goes with gambling and this means I usually gamble in live casinos.

When I gamble with crypte, it's 99% of the times bitcoin.

If I separate it from different kind of coins just to gamble and also for the reasom of making it faster it will be chaos.
Example is if I want to play poker with a different coin, then I got bored and tried roulette from another coin. Too many exchanges which could lead to many fees so I would rather stay with one which is the most accepted.

I usually don't gamble with altcoins, i gamble mostly with bitcoin. last time i gambled with altcoin(litecoin) was 6 months ago. bitcoin price really doesn't affects my gambling, i now use smaller amounts to gamble.

i am also a regular gambling and for most of the time i play gambling with fiat, but after that i start playing gambling online online. and for online gambling i mostly use Bitcoin and never play it with fiat. but now i also have decided to start playing online suing other fiat instead of bitcoin just for experience purposes and nothing else.

Bitcoin is still the best for me in terms of gambling were I can easily use and withdraw in a gambling site. When Ive learned to gamble online bitcoin is always I use and I already know how to play. With the other altcoins I never tried this as this gives me not easy to ride on and yes you are right it added fees in playing.

Since most casinos and sportsbooks we have around are bitcoin ready thats my preferred funding currency despite all these waiting times but if i need funds deposited urgently i now use ethereum because its just near instant  to deposit with and becoming popular and widely accepted.

i personally have no experience to play gambling with altcoins. although i play ambling online but always play it with bitcoin,in fact i always want to not y gambling using bitcoin and really not welling to play it with any other online currency, actually different currencies have different value therefore then people become confused while playing it with different currencies.

Most of the time I am using bitcoin to gamble because all of the casino is accepting bitcoin, sometimes I also used alt coin to gamble, I usually used dogecoin, the reason I used Dogecoin is, it is cheaper and easy to count and a lot of casino accepting doge

Gambling with altcoin is really favorable because its transaction is faster the  benefit is that its fees is lower regarding to bitcoin and along with that many other benefits but bitcoin is also better.
