Maybe he mean about the bet sizes between bitcoin and altcoins. Some people do really prefer on playing bitcoin because once they profit big amounts it is already fixed unlike on playing altcoin that you would still need to convert it first before you would able to feel your profits but still this thing do really depend on gamblers preference because some do use altcoin because they do love the transfer times.

The question is how many time would you transfer before you play? I think the fee is neglible but the transaction speed is the one to consider.  Gambling with altcoin can enable us to have faster confirmation so we can play in a casino much faster.  Probably the convinience is one of the reason why we should use altcoin in gambling.

so far, i am only using dogecoin for playing gambling because for me, I think its better to use dogecoin and we don't have to waiting for a long time if we want to deposit. usually I am deposit until 10k dogecoin but I don't spend all the dogecoin in the same day, I am split the amount for tomorrow to playing gambling.

The range is wide but the more the gambling sites and the more they accept other coins, the more the risks and more games, that means you will be gambling in an never ending manner because you have so many options that's why I always gamble with the old school fiat. Altcoins and bitcoins is quite important as a investment. We're just starting why we don't often see the value of some alts but it may be a thousand dollars in the next years. I think it's better to gamble with fiat that decreases value as your econmy decrease.

To get altcoins you need bitcoins most of time so if you gamble with 0.1 bitcoin or 1 ether or 6 litecoin how will it even make a difference it can help you get a different mind set but eventually losing 0.1 bitcoin or 6 litecoin is still the same thing i can't understand how does gambling with altcoins make a difference

to me i think a lot of casinos are there where you have choice to you play gambling with bitcoin or with so many other currencies, and i think it is really such a good decision to provide more opportunities to people.

dogecoin indeed have the cheapest value among other top 5 altcoins , but people should know that it has big risk too, a double risk besides you are gambling on a game you do gamble on volatile price . it's frequently doge move up more than 50% and also dropped more than 70%. if you okay with that condition to take the double risk then you are good to go. gamble with altcoin full of opportunity but also full of risk at the same time.

Lets say today you want to gamble with doge. So, you go to exchange, buy some doge and then you gamble with them few hours. If you win you can exchange them back to whatever you like, if you lose, well, you lost them. Isn't that the way how gambling suppose to work? Hit big or go home crying?

i said you would have to gamble with double risk , two sides risk! first the possibility an altcoin become almost worthless and secondly the risk in the game itself. is that not clear yet for you? or am i missing something on what you pointed out about "why?" gambling with altcoins even feel like staking 1 bitcoin to get 3 bitcoin with the same value of 1 bitcoin previously when you convert it into cash.

I'm still gambling with bitcoins, because most of all bitcoins sportsbook only accept bitcoin as the money to bet. Actually i only know directbet sportsbook that only dead but accept other altcoin too. But most of dice sites are accept altcoin though, don't know about casino. I'm okay with other alt coin, but the problem is the gambling site that not agree with it.

I used a altcoins once which is doge coin and lite coin but still im not satisfied with the result that's why bitcoin is my primary crypto when playing gambling because even if it's so expensive i can make a decent money from it with a large value unlike other coins they're commonly used when you want to have a fun only.

actually i don't gamble too much but sometimes i used bitcoin and dogecoin for the coins. if i used bitcoin, i will extra careful to spending because i know every satoshi is worth for me so i don't want to played for a long time to playing gambling. but when i used dogecoin, i can spend dogecoin until 2k in a day but i don't want to playing gambling for more than 2k dogecoin because it will makes me to spend more and more and i can dry my dogecoin wallet for only in one day.

I don't like gambling with altcoins because the process is too long and it cost more money to do so. Just imagine this,

I buy bitcoins -> I exchange to altcoins -> depost altcoins -> gamble -> withdraw altcoins -> exchange it back to bitcoins -> back to fiat.

Compare it to,

I buy bitcoins -> deposit bitcoins -> gamble -> withdraw -> back to fiat

Using bitcoins is easier and cheaper.

I know gambling with alt coin is quite giving you regret because the price is increasing. But I want the usual way of gambling, I want where it all started. Those alt coins later on will also exchange into bitcoin by the casino's after collecting it in able to get some decent profit. I will prefer bitcoin always.

Do you mean the regret that one hasn't decided to gamble with it? I understand that now, as bitcoin has been improved, it is probably not a bad choice for gambling. And it is easy to exchange it for fiat, whereas with altcoins there are a lot less possibilities to do that. Plus, there might be withdrawal problems (like a very high minimum withdraw which was set when the coin didn't cost much). Still, I think that eventually some alts will win over bitcoin in gambling sphere.

I don't really like to gambling with alt coin because alt coin price changes rapidly and not all gambling place accepting alt coin that we want to used, but I ever gambling with LTC, doge and eth when the Bitcoin transaction fee is high and slow but I still prefer to used bitcoin

It might works on dice sites, some dice sites already accept altcoin though but i'm not sure for the sportsbook. I think only directbet that only accept other altcoin but the site already dead. Actually i never gamble with other altcoins, i only gamble with bitcoin until now. Maybe i will try altcoin someday.

I think that bitcoin is too expensive and valuable to use in gambling and it is better for this entertainment to use not so expensive coins and with faster processing of payments.
