Gambling with altcoins

Like many others here I also gamble with bitcoins, I earn bitcoins from campaign then I trade or gamble with bitcoins it would be a little trouble to gamble with some altcoin cause I don't earn them, I need to buy them in some exchanger and then send it to casino whybto do that when I can gamble with bitcoins directly.
I would like to try to gamble with litecoins and ethereum. If I ever decide to gamble with altcoins this will be my first two choices and I would like to earn them somehow and gamble with them, but if that don't happen ibwill buy them and then gamble.

It's a good choice. I'm sure those online gambling sites will only accept promising or popular coins. It's a win-win situation because when you lose, it's only a small value but when you win, you need to save many of them  for the future and wait for it's value to rise and sell it.

If the purpose is to save for a longer period of time then I guess the right way to do is just to buy and hold.
Gambling with altcoins only give more convenience as it's cheap and way faster than bitcoin, whatever you bet it will your budget and when you win you'll cash out anyway so there is no big connection really in investing.

Not many coins are accepted in gambling website. Only coins that have enough feature about 100% can easily sell, everyone needs it ( not MLM coin), rank of that coin used to be at top 1 to top 20. That coin is a mined coin, not getting from investing like some pre-ICO project.

Yes, cryptocurrencies have paved the way for modern online forms of gambling and that's the future. I gamble with Altcoins and Bitcoins week in and out on sports and it feels better than the conventional fiat gambling in betting houses.

Ext, but it is still going to be less than you'd have spent on Bitcoin transactions in and out of your wallet into fundoyoyr online gambling websites account. I think it's better to compare the various exchanges and their dates before selling that Altcoin. Since coinbase is offering litecoins and ethereum wallets I guess it will be easier/cheaper  to convert then on the same platform than cross platform.

As bitcoin is now really expensive and slow plus some people are afraid of tomorrow's segwit thing, I thought it would be interesting enough to create a poll and see how many people still gamble with bitcoin and are there many fans of other coins. For me it is much better and good to gamble using bitcoin than any other altcoins, in terms of gambling that's what I'm talking about.
Or it depends on the altcoin which your are going to use like Ethereum, Litecoins and Etc, something like that.

But when it comes to altcoin there's a lot of things must be done , such as hiring an expert on altcoin market.

Altcoins were used as an alternative to cater each altcoins community.  Though people or players of the site used altcoin to speed up the confirmation thus for them to be able to play immediately since some altcoins like Doge and Litecoin have faster confirmation than Bitcoin.  People sure have lots of patience huh.  .

Gambling altcoin actually is fit with people who want to hold that coin. But in real meaning, we're losing money in both ways .Owning some altcoin has their own fun. Like etherum is an example, for now etherum is a good currency to gamble cause the price is going to be crazy after the hard fork.

How is fun gambling would mean you will still lose first you were losing your bitcoins now lose your altcoins. We are losing but holding altcoin for short term is always profitable otherwise what's the use of trading altcoins are surely nothing compared to bitcoin but they are not that bad also

Gambling with altcoins is smart, the bitcoin transaction fee I feel is too high right now for sending back and forth to the gambling sites.

This is probably the only real reason to gamble with altcoins, the transaction fee of bitcoin is still too high while the transaction fee of a coin like doge is very cheap, the only issue is that bitcoin is accepted in most casinos and this is does not apply to altcoins so we are going to be limited in the number of casinos that we can play with it.

Many reputed sites are accepting Doge coins expect a couple of them like primedice site. If you're planning gamble only for fun then you can always choose the site which are accepting these altcoins to play the games and no need to go to those Bitcoin-specific sites to play. Dogecoin price is very cheap, transactions are fast and transaction fee also less so most people like to gamble with it and I also tried few times with Dogecoin to play dice game.

If someone wants to do online gambling using crypto currencies, he can find many options. Many sites accept bitcoins and some of famous altcoins at the same time. In my opinion, it is best to not even gamble but still if someone cannot control his temptations then at least he must use a limited amount of fiat for placing bets. Why? Because fiat is not an asset whose value can increase in a small period of time but all the digital currencies especially bitcoins promise grand profits if saved for even few months. For instance, I lose 0.01 Btc today that means I almost lost 380 dollars but in future when Bitcoins will be 10k dollars, just imagine the amount then.

i used to play with Dogecoin , its nice to see a winning with 1k or above and i don't like playing with decimals like bitcoin its smells like i have 0 balance
