Is it Angeles Pampanga? I never heard about this before and what kind of establishment is this? I think its kinda like gaybar or something
 nightclub? Good thing they are accepting bitcoins, are you a foreigner who is visiting Philippines?

I never heard about this lollipops since I've never been in angeles pampanga, but I won't be shocked if some shops or services starts to accept bitcoin as payment because its never been hard to convert it to local currency here in the Philippines and the government are making some steps to legalize it here.
