Hi, may I know if what will happen to all my other altcoins after August 1? If I sell my coins, if not BTC, then what? Thank you.

Altcoins are unaffected by anything happening to Bitcoin. Any forking event with Bitcoin at any time (including August 1st) will not effect altcoins unless they are dependent on Bitcoin for something.
