In our case, the system is decentralized, because tokens are distributed throw the world community and info about holders will be stored in decentralized registry.

The token collateral will be not full , because the part of the tokens have been sold on the PRE-ICO. Tokens , which have been sold during ICO will be used according WhitePaper.

Eventually , token will be backed on 100%, by buying shares in companies for all means, which were attracted during ICO. In order to replenish the collateral from 91.4% to 100%, means received in the form of dividends will be invested again. Thus, we will restore the collateral to 100% in 2-2.5 years.

As you can notice, we are on Pre-ICO right now, so the current aim is to raise funds to settle this project.
