Honestly though it doesn't really matter if it's a scam coin right? If you can get the coins for free and they are worth something or become worth something just for posting 10 messages a week why not? Smiley
I'll do it for a few air drops providing I get accepted lol

The price riched 0.7 already and it will go to 0.3. Dev made a lot of money out of this scam. It's exactly the same scenario it was with torcoin scam.

I wrote this on ANN thread:

"What makes Deeponion so popular? The marketcap value is very low. And I think it doesn't deserve even this value. The project is not unique at all.

No matter how good the community is, there will be no growth if there is not a solid and grounded project. Even if it grows, it becomes a balloon and one day it will burst."

and guess what happened..

As far as i can see the price is correcting since launch.
Shit exchange does noit help for shure, buyt i think it is purposeful.
I will wait and check its price in the future.

This seems to be a quite accurate analysis. I was thinking this to be a good project until I saw that anyone who would express any serious concern would be banned and deleted from thread.
If this comes as a surprise to you, then you're very naive.

But the real trouble is the non growing or even shrinking community. This is the true kiss of death for a coin.
There was no real community to begin with. The "DeepOnion community" consisted of the following:
1) Farmed accounts / shills, which represented the majority of the accounts posting in that thread and wearing signatures/avatars.
2) Greedy baboons which would sell out anything and anyone for a couple bucks.
3) A few ignorant and uninformed users here and there.

My view is not exactly as black and white like you say. There are grays also like greedy (but not who would sell out anything for a couple of bucks) and/or ignorant and/or uniformed users.

My view is not also totally pro or totally anti deeponion. I guess the projects in crypto nowadays are full of dubious ones. Well, deeponion may belong to it until they are able to prove their true worth. We may not be able to look at the projects in objective ways because in one way or another we are favoring some.

this means developers are more focused on team solidity in building projects, which eventually the project will grow and the community will grow along with the development of the project, right?

This thread is great, not because I think DeepOnion is a scam, I don't know if it is or not.

But its great to see investigations being done into the coin, whats happening with the premine stake etc and the whole community getting involved in discussing it.

If the official deeponion thread is always deleting negative comments that is quite sad and frustrating, I think people have a right to speak
.

To those with differing opinions keep up the posts, intrigued to see where this leads. If it leads to a better coin for the community, awesome. As a poster said on the first page the community appears to have put alot of work into the coin to assist the dev(s), so they have a right to know what theyre working for.

Be proud Istri, I'm trying Wink

First of all it should not be called as Airdrop. I hope everyone here knows the meaning of Airdrop. Its a signature bounty, they give out onions for Twitter bounty. How it is free.?
I have been banned from the campaign for "Unknown Reason", I guess they dont know the reason.  Cheesy

With all these proofs and trusted members here that defines Deeponion is a scam but still a lot of people still believes on it and comfort theirselves with lies that they can earn from this. I am still hopeful that they will learn to open their minds and read this and analyze this proofs, it's so sad that with these facts they don't still believe it and continue to support deeponion.

Sad when a coin community begins to resemble the third reich. Just looked at the ANN thread, a user got banned from the community forum because it seems "You have made no posts in support of DeepOnion for the past three weeks.." wow. Way to support community members, no wonder the rest of them are in fear of saying anything negative about the coin...let alone the crime of not being positive it seems..too scared to lose airdrop status.

they will problably be listing on cryptopia to get it back up

but in the end you are problably right installing fear on your community is never a good thing imo

deeponion was my first participation in a airdrop i have learned much about what i will accept and what not

in that perspective i got wiser from onion

links on op updated, deeponion.network explorer didn't work any longer.

Guys if you wanna know what's happening to the DeepOnion Price.

It's pretty much the same as https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/torcoin-tor/

Over time, of course, it will go to $0.0x and $0.00x

No value, it's just a 'dev' enrichment process, that's all it is

Don't accept the scams

Block explorer is working. In fact they have two.
I get why some people think DO is a scam, but most of the development has been happening with the forum, and in some ways the community building is really quite impressive. So far the development team has lived up to everything they've put on the roadmap, and all of the funds are transparent, developer addresses all that. People saying that devs have 100's of scam accounts are just trolling, there are only 250 people on the airdrop.

It is kind of an oppressive regime, but they run a tight ship in that regard.   If Development doesn't come forward in Q4 like on the roadmap then that will be the end for sure.

Scam though? If it is it is quite elaborate, and if it is, it's more of a sadistic trap than a scam.  People work hard for DO, if developers pull through then it will be an awesome coin. If they don't it will be a very sad community, but maybe some one could just fork the project, and fork the community and make a real working network!

Time will tell, for now there is no proof of scam, and i've looked around a lot.
