Food waste and water go in liquid fertilizer and natural gas come out. The process is done by anaerobic bacteria as they eat the food waste and create methane, and other nutrient by products that make the fertilizer. The pipe that you can only see a small section goes to the bottom of the barrel and has a large section cut out so food can get into the barrel but allows minimal air to get in and the taller pipe coming out the top is just room so it can bubble up and not get liquids in the gas line once it is full and the gas will go out of the top into storage, the tap is to get out the high quality liquid fertilizer suspended between the top and bottom layers of materials. The internal process is a natural process and happens in the wild and in many landfills often, utilizing the process to fuel recycling may not be as common but it was a low cost large impact project. Also dont forget we are planting another 500 trees in my area on the 28th. If any of you guys are near NWPA feel free to come lend a hand.
Wow, that looks truely awesome! It puts my compost bin to shame =)

The EverGreenCoin Solar Web Wallet System is now live and ready! I hope it is found very useful to those who cannot run a node of their own. This will be an immeasurable tool for paying volunteers at tree plants, clean up efforts, and helping those who can not reap the benefits of running their own node.

To the treetop!

EDIT: added to OP

EDIT 2, 2 days later: Very sorry for the outage. To be powered via solar and at a secure location, it traverses more than one network to reach the Internet. A switch or cable between it and the Internet is at fault. Unfortunately; I am already off-location for this weekend to attend a city-wide cleanup 100+ miles to the South. It may remain in this unconnected state until I can return to repair the physical network. My sincere apologies for this service interruption of the solar web wallet system, but it is a physical network issue. Not a software issue of any sorts.

Here is my new staking cluster - currently have 3 out of 5 pi nodes added. Still didn't get around to moving the wallet from windows and Dockerising it. Will document and share when I get around to it.

Nice!

Thanks for sharing that and thanks for the willingness to contribute your to-be Docker success.

The wiki will be the best place for us to get it documented. Others present in the Discord do have some docker experience. That I know, but I'm not sure to what extent. If we in any way can be of help, we'd be glad!

Thanks starmman! =)

We are going to postpone tomorrow's meeting until Sunday the 28th, not its scheduled Saturday the 27th. It will be at the same time, 17:00 UTC.

More than 1 regular attendee has a scheduling conflict, myself included.

Thanks in advance for understanding.

p.s. repairing the solar web wallets ASAP is part of the reason for postponing. So I can travel sooner. Again, sorry for that service  interruption.

Haha, I have scheduling conflict for both days - helping out a charity today, and off to a Christening tomorrow - hope the meeting goes well

I've been storing evergreencoin for bittrex for a long time, but I'm afraid that Bitrex will be delist this coin soon because it doesn't have trading volume, as we have seen lately a lot of delisted coins don't have trading volumes,

It is inadvisable to leave coins on an exchange.

EverGreenCoin News Report - April, 2019 https://youtu.be/UyerpM7DPHs

Presented by EcoWealth.

Agenda (not in the order of presentation):

- Price: Sub 500 sat. Oh bother, but perhaps this gives some people a better chance to buy. Volume is very much needed and the team is fully aware of that.

- v1.8.3: Sorry for the continued delays on releasing v1.8.3 binaries. 2 other coin developers have been brought in to assist with the build environment by personal favor. V1.8.3 will be released as soon as possible.

- Solar web wallets: While we have been working through some issues, they do seem to be sorted now. We are very please to bring this addition to the EGC ecosystem as it will be a valuable asset during events and to newcomers that only want or need an EGC address quickly.

- PoE April: We have 36 submissions thus far for April. Some of these coming from new comers to the EverGreenCoin community. The reward pool is over 1500 EGC for this month, but the cutoff for submissions is tonight (0 UTC). Many thanks to those who have participated. Shout-out to DailyPlogger for his great submissions!

- Spring tree plant NW PA: Because of the size and number of trees, 500 6 inch - 12 inch White Cedar, the nursery has delayed shipment until mid-May. All volunteers have been made aware of the date change and the event will proceed as planned once the trees are received.

- EGC Decals: The decals are in the marketplace at a great price, as promised.

Thank you for the continued support and thanks to EcoWealth for presenting the video update.

Dev, are we able to do something to stay on bittrex?
This is one of the most important exchanges.

A letter will be drafted to Bittrex in the coming days. I am attempting to gather some information from Bittrex staff in slack now. Of course I will update the community if those discussions are fruitful.

I do feel we have several very strong arguments that should prevent delisting. Every effort will be made to retain the listing and the community will be informed to any progress towards that goal.

Trex is shit anyways, doing those scammy IEOs for vaporware shit coins and most of all they still have ZCL listed which clearly is a scam coin no doubt about it.

They dont list based on quality that's a lie, it's all about the money my friend. EGC volume has been very low they aren't making enough from it so thats why they are delisting.

They are still surprised they got rejected by NY lol...rather take my chances with Yobit at least they don't pretend to be honest lol.

It was offline with all other wallets there for a bit. They had some system outage for a bit prior, perhaps karma. It appears that when they brought their website back online, they had all coins disabled for a bit.

However; the removeal notice is still the case at this time. Unfortunatly.

The EGC wallet is back online as of the time of this writting.

Well ...

+1 on Bittrex
-infinity on Yobit

Scam is the meaning of the word Yobit. There will be severe consequences when their day comes.

My friend ...

Forget Bittrex.

They have no intention of keeping ANY coin that is low volume, whether it has decent developments (like EGC) or not (like most of the high volume garbage they have listed there now). Yes it is a large exchange, but they will see their day come when they are not only called out for what they do as opposed to what they say, but Bittrex will also be held accountable for it all. Especially those scumbags Bill and Richie.

Put your argument forward, but you will be wasting your time. Use your time for more productive efforts, as time is a valuable entity. Especially ours.

We no longer have a permanent coin dev in our team. Come and join us and work together as we once did when we were first starting out in the days when Crypto actually 'meant' something more. Let's help make it much more than what it is now, together.
