Hello,
As I know many people is dreaming to have a low temperature to cool down their miners.
Now I'm going to build a mining farm and want to prepare room for it. In my place most of times a have a low temperature and sometimes -15 C.   I want to use this cold air for cooling the miners.
I planned the room and please tell me it's cons and pros.
note: miners on the pictures are closed but in reality they will be on open shelf, this is for demonstration reasons only,  so is room dimensions.

my questions are the following:
1) what should I change to improve ventilation system?
2) what will be the best temperature in room for miners?
3) which is best, to blow cold air straight to miners from close distance (as shown on picture) or maintain certain temperature in room?

Absolutely no point to that dehumidifier - the cold air going into the room will have very little humidity to it once it mixes with the warm air already in the room.

You do not have enough intake air inlet to match the outout air. Those need to be at least CLOSE.

Taking air in from close to where your output air is going ends up recirculating some of that hot air. Your intake should be on a different wall from your output, optimally OPPOSITE walls.

When you say "have a low temperature" what temperature do you mean? 10C? 15C? 20C?

First of all, thanks for suggestions.   I'm thinking of dehumidifier because that there is really high humidity.
Once dehumidifier is not needed I'll increase intake size and definitely move the output to the opposite wall.
About temperature I can say the following:
September -November:
day: 10C to 12 C,  night 0C to 5C

December-March
day: -5C to 5C, night: -18C to -6C

April-August
day: 15C to 35C, night: 10C to 17 C

Where are you getting your said "cold air" is the dehumidifier a air conditioner as well? Or is your climate super cold, what country are you in?

Not quite sure why you've got the cold air exits just venting into the room. Why not have them venting to the face of the miners on that side of the room and all the miner exhausts pointing towards the opposite side by the room exhaust fans?

Inlet (no dehumidifier, low level) --> Ducting split to each cabinet/miner --> Miner inlet --> Miner exhaust --> Ducting (optional) --> Room exhaust mounted high on wall

As said already you want the CFM to be as equal as you can get it between the room inlet and outlet.

Portable on wheels air conditioners start at about $115, at least according to a quick web search I did last night.

Unlike with some comments here I think it's good you've decided to not blow the cold air from outside strictly to the face of the miners. Taking into account that the Working Temperature of the miners is in the range of 0-40 ℃ and that your outside temperature can be as low as -15 ℃ I think it's a right decision to mix the cold air from the outside with the hot air in the room rather than blow the cold air straight on the miners.

Also you might find some good info for you looking through this thread:

thank you all.

one more question,  for example a miner is working on 40 C,  if I lower the temperature say to 25 C I know that this will be good,  but will it be better if the temp. will be say 7-8 C,   this kind of low temp will help the miner or 25C is already enough?

I have same question if the lower temperature like 5-7C is better for miners than 18-20C?

Should I use a dehumidifier when it's below 0C too?

A dehumidifier is IDENTICAL to a standard mechanical Air Conditioning unit except for the control panel - and you'll find that most recent window-mounted A/C units have dehumidifier settings.

There is no real point to using a dehumidifier in a mining setup, unless you're going to run it *AS* an A/C unit.

If you run a miner cooler, you can "overclock" it a bit more - but past 20C more or less (varies a bit with the specific miner) there isn't much point to it as your additional cooling costs will tend to increase faster than the income from the miner will.
Ignore above if you are pulling in outside air that's low temp, like during the winter.....

Need professionally designed ventilation. Of course you can use your farm in Antarctica or in the Arctic, but it will be quite difficult. It seems to me that the overheating problem can be solved only by good ventilation and additional heat removal from computing power.

Lucky for you that the temperature there is low enough to cool your miners down. Free supply of coolers for a whole month or two. Unfortunately for me, the place where i live in is mostly sunny since my country is located in the tropical part of the globe, all of what nature offers here is just sun and rain..

Though too much of the cold air there will possibly damage your miners.. i suggest that you shouldnt directly blow cold air at it. You should mix a little bit of warm air until you've come up with the right temperature.

Hmm  the plan is not a good one. Why?
You cool the first few rigs from intake after that worm air get to other ones, second from below is the intake and on the same wall is the exhaust, so you will be circulating air from outside?
You should create a tunnel one wall intake and the opposite exhaust! Or get  a ceiling fan if you can.
