I really much like this ICO: one of my preferred among small real estate/blockchain projects.
By the way, crypto currencies success will be mostly due to their community's ability to grow and raise tokens value. Hopefully, the management team will be able to scale the project soon because I can't see a cryptocurrency, based on a bunch of villas, to survive in the long run.

Xaurum gamma- Villas are just one of supporting projects in Xaurum ecosystem.  I think there will be a lot more projects that will support xaurum in future.

Hey guys! I am still waiting on confirmation if the the pool is heated, but even if not, on the other side of the house you will be able to enjoy in jaccuzzi with nicely warmed up water ;-) Photos will follow soon.

Villa is located on island Krk in Croatia. There will be 5 more villas for the start and construction for them starts after ICO if I understand correctly

Yes tokens in that case will be destroyed to preserve value of the remaining tokens.

Because gamma (XGM)’s value grows with reinvestment and recapitalization, the number of gamma (XGM) required to melt for an object, will decrease with the growth of the project. The same gamma tokens can be melted or “directly exchanged” for all additional real-estate the project will acquire
when gamma (XGM) is melted, the owner receives the ownership of the villa and the XAUR that it has accumulated. Croatian taxation will apply in case of transfer of ownership.

Damn this is indeed a HUGE PROJECT and bound to be a long term investment once I got my Xaurum I'm going to hold it as much as I can this could triple the price once those villas are constructed.

Damn this is indeed a HUGE PROJECT and bound to be a long term investment once I got my Xaurum I'm going to hold it as much as I can this could triple the price once those villas are constructed.

What I see is that anything that Xaurum team make/made is meant as a long term investment, with huge potencial.
