Hi i have just received 3 Sapphire 7950 Vapor X, which are
SKU: 11196-09-40g
PN: 299-2E210-204SA

Before i open them, is there anything wrong with this model??
Are they voltage locked, bad for OC, difficult to config in cgminer, or somenthing??

Minar.cc pools are not running anymore, the domain was registered by someone else and I don't have any relationship with the new owner.

It's a great card for mining, however (unless you paid less than $320) there are cheaper options as shown in this guide. They aren't voltage locked, so you're good there. You can find a complete list of all the voltage unlocked cards in this thread:
