So, any exchange yet?? not even on crypsy?

soon I hope, from what i read in another thread

Soon but we don't want to go too soon, look at what happened to WDC and DGC after they got on an exchange right away. We have set a goal of ~June 16 to make it not to soon but still give us time to build infrastructure for the coin.

Who exactly has set this goal and where? We need to get on an exchange now, the other coins have died out and everyone already knows about it?

Remove that time goal, it wont benefit

Agreed we need on an exchange ASAP.  If being on an exchange were a concern then trading via google docs exchanges are in the same boat because thats only hurting the price.

I had the same problem with the client trying to redownload the blockchain. I thought it was because I lost power while the client was running, so I reinstalled it and same thing happening. This was only on a second client I have, not the main one interestingly enough.

Goldcoin, are these files a new version or not?

If anyone want to buy some GLD, PM me...

Fiat, PM me with how much you want to sell them for. There was a problem (which was explained a few pages back) but I think it was fixed now.

The phantom resync  issue is just the result of low network hash at present (several coins have it intermittently). A bad node is showing the wrong statistic, but is rejected by the good nodes when enough are connected. Wallet functionality is not affected.

How about offering people some free GLDcoin for joining gldcointalk.org and posting a couple of times?
Some of you have enough GLD to give some away?

Also, the downloads page could be made easier for people to download gldcoin qt exe
Whereas when I downloaded, there was a long list on the downloads page that may confuse the non-programmers.
Try to make it more user friendly.

GLDcoin needs more PR work.

Definitely GLDcoin needs to have a webpage with all the links on it, that go to GLDcoin related stuff..

Whatever I guess.

i built it as a faucet but added the downloads section later so more people could download the client without messing with GitHubs lousy interface.
i waited on you to contact me about further development and you never did. The type of development i do requires quick edits because i don't have my own test server. Thats why i asked you for FTP credentials. Sending you the files back and forth is a hassle, especially since this forum doesn't allow attachments. wasn't trying to cut you out. you just flat out never responded. additionally, if you'd like to run a faucet on your site here is one that i have been building. if interested pm me and i'll help you install it. heres the demo version http://www.1gld.tk/faucet2.php
