according to the specs the bitcoin cash hard fork should happen on epoch 1501590000 which is equal to Tue 1 Aug 2017 12:20:00 UTC.
according to https://time.is/UTC it is 3:12!

here is the confusion. Yobit credited my account with the same BTC amount i own in their new BCC market!!! (i had 10,000 satoshi by the way )
i am guessing it is their shitty service that doesn't even know what is happening. but thought i ask here in case i am missing something.

Maybe the YoBit thing makes sense if they don't allow withdrawals.

as theymost confirmed above the fork has not yet happened, nobody should have credited anything to anyone, there is nothing to credit! and i am guessing Yobit might have made the mistake because they confused the UASF timing which is in the past now with BCC fork time!

and as for Poloniex, i believe they won't credit you anything. they said they will think about what they want to do after some time and monitoring the situation. they also said withdraw if you don't want to leave the decision to us (3rd party) https://poloniex.com/press-releases/2017.07.24-Our-plans-to-handle-potential-BTC-network-disruptions/

Fork no it hasn't forkin forked yet. There is BCC futures trading on ViaBTC and Yobit trading imaginary BCC because withdrawals/deposits are halted.

Heck there isn't even a dang block explorer for Bitcoin Cash yet, is this for real?

Yeah, that's because Yobit is shitty and are just letting you trade it before it exists (like they have done with IOU markets in the past). They are banking on it being a certainty that it's going to happen.
