Regarding the teams, in a Q&A session from August 2018, LI Jun, Founder of Ontology said:

"Ontology is developed and supported by Onchain, but NEO have their own team, so that means NEO is not developed by Onchain. Ontology and NEO have a technical cooperation, but Ontology/Onchain is a different team with NEO. Ontology is focused on building a platform to link with different business scenarios, legal systems, and enterprise solutions, and technically the implementation is different between Ontology and NEO. Ontology infrastructure is different; Ontology uses Go and NEO uses C#."

In my opinion there is no concern about some people (team members) leaving from one side to another since both NEO and Ontology have enough resources to hire more people.

Great explanation but many people are concerning about the team movement but once their contract has expired it is their wish to move to other potential project. Both have different views about the business so we need to hold them and move forward with the developments they do.

Yes, NEO is exceptionally very active in trading from the past three weeks but whether it will break the value of 12$ in the coming days or not we have to wait and seee. Yes, in future, NEO will become very good competition for ETH because both platforms is built for the same purposes.

If you have not already sold months ago now the only option is to wait; to the current values, with the loss compared to its ATH, and with the fundamentals, the team and the partnerships that NEO has is absurd and stupid to sell now .... even if you have the possibility you could buy a little, increasing the positions and maybe lowering the average purchase price.

Big thanks for this update actually this creating panic situation when wallets are not showing the accurate data so there are so many rumors and FUD. I hope soon this will start working fine and all people will be able track the blockchain activity in real time.

Your AntShare coins are now NEO coins and you should have gotten some GAS meanwhile.
If you have your private keys you should be just fine, use a official NEO wallet to import them or the NEON wallet. Always go to the official NEO website (https://neo.org/) to download them.

That is interesting video so that I also like to recommend to watch this one for all community members and especially to the new investors who are still waiting to buy this coin. That is worth to watch and let know how big this could be in coming days and there is still big potential in this project.
