My NEO is on Bittrex. DO I get the chance to acquire GAS. I wasn't updated about this but is it possible to do it too?
I believe I have this NEO for almost 4 weeks already. I have back read to pages but see no information about how to do this, can anyone give me a link about claiming mg GAS?

You won't get any GAS from exchange. Move it to wallet ASAP!

It's only 0.1 NEO on Bittrex, still quite high and when NEO soon gets to $100 this 0.1 will be $10  !

There is one exchange that will give you GAS - Binance.

No, with Decred, you need stake by buying tickets which vote on average in 30 days. Plus decred awards more decred, while NEO awards GAS.  With Neo, you simply need to hold it in your wallet though a few exchanges now award GAS (bittrex soon likely)

The GAS is being constantly generated when allocated to a certain wallet, but to claim it you basically need to interrupt that GAS generation cycle which you can do by sending your NEO (most of the time this means all your NEO) from your public wallet address to your public address. So you basically send your NEO to yourself. This does not cost anything, but when you have done so your GAS will be available to be claimed (or in certain instances) it is added automatically to your balance total. If I am not mistaken the Neon Light Wallet has the ability to claim it with the press of a button. Personally I only claim the GAS when I would want to use it for something. Generated GAS (whether claimed or unclaimed) cannot ever expire and it is being generated just as quickly regardless of whether it is claimed often or not.

Something very strange just happened. I opened my NEO-wallet and all my GAS is gone. All my NEO are still there. This doesn't make any sense. All I've done recently is that I've sent some NEO to an exchange.

i don't know we can receive GAS through it as far as i know its was ANC that we can get using the ANS, thing had been changed very much since it turned NEO.

Not at the moment you can't.  Bittrex don't currently award gas.  The tweet says they are considering it. Leave it in an offline wallet if you want GAS at the moment.

Why are people taking Neo seriously, when there's only one active developer on GitHub? Really, only one, not even two.

And please don't tell me that they're working in a private repository, or some repository used only by Chinese people, which you can't link to.

I'm honestly curious about this. You would have thought that after raising so much money, they'd use it to create a working wallet, some apps and whatever else is needed.

I selected "rebuld index" and the GAS appeared magically back into the NEO wallet.
