I bought the NEO ICO so it was an ICO. The thing is, it's over already like Ethereum. The project exists so it will be hard to stop.

its not part of china but news spread I guess but it will not affect Singapore if we talk about ico restrictions, china's moves really affect this project
but as we knew crypto cant be stop in this type of way a lots of influence will still proceed and neo is on its best time to buy then hold till its recover

It was time to secure all the dumb peopels like u, from that shit ICOs.
Companys which take millions of Money without an product just some dreams on a White paper( or a smsll Software which in the past a 15 year old programmed in their parents Garage without any money), getting Money without regulations, the first thing they did is buy a lambo and a house.
Europe will follow soon, and then in 1-2 years crypto gets regulated too and all the wahles which are only in for taking poors Money will leave to another playground.
