You should check your balance at https://neotogas.com/?p=balance or https://neotracker.io/ with your public address (for example). Also read the FAQ at the NEO Reddit and note that the NEON wallet has an issue at the moment where the balance occasionally displays 0 NEO when there are NEO in it....the developers of that wallet are working on that issue. If you are using the NEO Desktop Wallet, make sure that the wallet is synchronized as otherwise your funds will not be displayed. I think it is probably one of these matters that you are experiencing. AKAVMaFakMdx8R85r7RnaBk3CnS4t38mMw still holds 20 NEO from what I see.

I had some amount of NEO in NEON wallet .. i check it now, i do it probably once a week, and i dont see my NEO ( NEO 0, US $0.00), but amount of GAS is still rising... so i assume this is only some bug in wallet, i dont have latest version..
Do you think this is my problem or my NEO has been stolen?

It was due to older version of wallet ... I updated it and now i see my Neo

I didn't see a web wallet anywhere, so I started using the Neon wallet.

Didn't want to use the neo-gui wallet because I didn't want to have to download the blockchain.

I had my NEO stored on Bittrex, but recently moved it to my Neon wallet to get the GA$$$

There was a web wallet for Antshares at https://app.antshares.org/ which has was updated for NEO and has the benefit of generating GAS.  I suggest you try it out, although it can be challenging to use.

I love the Neon wallet for Mac.  The more usable NEO is, the more accessible it will be.  I find the Neon wallet really exceeds any of the other desktop wallets in usability.

or you can also store your NEO on exchanges where it distributes GAS. binance as far as i know do it. i know its not recommended but if you are like me who keeps buying and selling tokens all the time, its a better option for you can at the same time get GAS.

Neon wallet for windows is great, too. I imagine that the Mac wallet is equally as user-friendly.

It does not really sound like your wallet has truly synchronised. The two numbers in the bottom left corner need to be the same and over 1,000,000 before they are truly synchronised. Sometimes one still needs to wait for a while before the balance shows up after synchronising. If your NEO GUI files are not corrupted, it should work fine. Keep in mind that if you did not follow the fast synchronisation method (with bootstrap file), then synchronisation will take an entire day. If that all does not work, you might want to check out the NEO Reddit which answers a lot of basic questions.
