bitcoin transaction not confirmed in bitpay - already have 3 confirmations

Hello so I purchased giftcard from egifter and I paid with bitcoin.

I received bitpay invoice so I paid desired amount from my wallet.

As you can see transaction is already confirmed but in bitpay invoice status there is still payment confirming look:



Can you tell me this can be because of current bitcoin network changes (BIP 92) etc?

Because in past I did not have any problem with this I always paid with bitcoin without any issues and after one confirmation invoice was paid.

Will I receive my money back or what will happen?

It has been showing 118 CONFIRMATIONS. should there is no problems.
Since you making transaction was on Bitcoin split day and been announced to avoid doing transaction.
Just be wait, it should be today your order status will processing.
