I can't send withdrawal request...My email is not found ? Ohhh really works for this ico as a promotor... Finally got this error when I request my ATS, Really disappointed. How you can do this? what is your point to suspend or remove my ATS ?

I believe there is a bug because my friends who is my downline can withdraw but I can't . I don't know how to cheat so don't judge me as cheater.

I had no problems with withdrawing my funds, entered my email and link and worked fine, I doubt there is a bug.

Why can not I get my tokens ATS?

My roommate got 75 ATS but was not allowed to withdraw. This is pathetic. I actually reffered him but only 2 of my refs so far can withdraw. This is serious.

What is ERC-20 compatible?

ERC-20 compatible wallets  like MyEtherWallet (MEW) or Coinomi where you control private key

Wallets from any exchanges coinbase, polo, bitrex are excluded

Why can not I get my tokens ATS?

They appear to have suspended any account that passed through TOR nodes when registering. So either you outright cheated, or you tried to be anonymous and were swept up in the ban-wave

That would be unfair since many people use thor(browser) for several reasons, not _only_ to "cheat" .
They just can't suspend all accounts coming throu tor circiuit. I already get messages from some of my own refs that their account is suspended. Just can't be! Whats going on?

OMG , the fault , dear friends . Now I lose all my tokens because of my friends . It's not fair

Now I can withdraw without problem. If I didn't ask, I would never got my tokens.

I did not receive their confirmation email stating my eth add. w/ that var 0 etc. , Is it ok to ignore it as long as it is successful in withdrawal

Well, Me and friends did promotion in some Mailing group and forums. So i guess, because most of them use the provided mailaddress from the forum it seems like they all are fakemails. What the.. Many people use gmail.com, gmx.de, web.de or whatever so what's the logic behind the filtering of the accounts? Seems to me, that the filter is gone berzerk somehow, just can't be that so many accounts got suspended
