Manli ethereum zcash miner help

Bought this manli ethereum zcash miner that houses a custom mother board that accepts 9 slots gpu P106-100 and comes with a 1600w powersupply.
initially no issues, just this morning my rig shows 1 card down and i had to restart it. the moment i press the power switch button, BOOM my GPU caught fire!
I tried to redo the whole thing, brought it down to manli and BOOM 2nd card fried... i had 8 p106 gpus inside T.T Cry

i highly suspect the powersupply just 1 Cable is causing it =(
