get a refund mate, or speculate, up to you. imo Don't bother with eBay- actually sold part of my pre-orders on eBay, couldn't with a clean conscience honestly let these guys who had given me their cash keep waiting, so I refunded them. Don't think it's worth the hassle.

Wait, wait, wait. You mean you made a contract, accepted payment for a product, then refunded the payment later? You took an interest free loan, and then later canceled and refunded orders against their will?

Oh damn! Better hope Xian and his lawyers don't see this! They might write letters to the attorney general! Cheesy

What you've just typed is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever read. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this forum is now dumber for having read it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Additionally, what have I ever done to you directly to so consistently draw your ire ? Your infatuation with me, is quite honestly, a little bit perturbing.

Remember how I'm allegedly on your ignore list? Oooops! :p

And to answer your question, I'm just looking out for other users. This guy just admitted to refunding orders that had already been paid. Sounds like the sort of thing you like to get your panties in a wad and get ambulance-chasers involved with. Just giving his fair warning to be on the lookout for you and your cock-sucking attorneys...  Roll Eyes

Thank you completely avoiding my question. Yes, you are on my ignore list. Doesn't mean I don't peek in on your inanity from time-to-time, when I need material to inspire my practice of rolling my eyeballs towards the back of my head.

Yeah, it's hard to stay away, ain't it? You're a glutton for punishment.

I would ask for a refund, based on current production numbers you probably won't receive a unit for at least 10-12 months, if BFL doesn't go out of business before then. I'm not saying that BFL will go out of business before delivering but it's definitely not impossible.

This is pretty cool to hear, first I have read of an August pre-order.

Would you mind sharing the actual order date with us?

Wow! This is actually equally as exciting - I don't think I've read any posts or seen what the 7 GH/s units are doing!  Any updates would be greatly appreciated!

Very nice. 'grats on the order shipment! Your photo isn't working for me. I guess you have to be signed in to the BFL form to view it.

I was able to pull it out of the link directly in the quote, but yeah was acting up for me as well in the direct post for some odd reason.
