It seems that Mt Gox has got troubles in the USA, it would have been better for them if they remained in Asia and Europe.
-Feds seize money from Dwolla account belonging to top Bitcoin exchange Mt. Gox

-Dwolla no longer allowed to do business with MtGox!

-CoinLab suing MtGox for $75 milliion  and they could face criminal charges also

It seems that they underestimated the aggressiveness of the American financial market.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
