This is a good question. However, setting the ratio is the right of the token issuer.

This is a confirmation of my words. It turns out with a uniform distribution of EOSISH tokens between the holders of tokens MYWISH and EOS would have resulted in a situation in which holders of MYWISH would get very small allocations. I think MYWISHespecially appreciates its supporters and such an imbalance in the distribution of the EOSISH  is justified.
