Last block was mined 12 hours ago.
http://blockdozer.com/insight/blocks

Without new blocks, nobody can deposit BCC to exchange (to benefit the high rate at this moment).

Question is, when will be the next block? Past 24hours 12blocked were mined, so it should be around 2 hours per block, right?

What is the hashing power at this moment?

The difficulty will decrease 20% per block if the rules are met. Here's a projection:

I have heard miners area already abandoning ship.

I have a feeling BCC may never leave the exchanges due to slow block time.

You will be able to sell once the network starts moving.

As the difficulty will decrease in the adjucted blocks, eventually blocks will be found at the same rate as Bitcoin (even if not many people would mine it) so exchanges will accept deposits and withdrawals.

Once the difficulty adjusts you will be able to send but I think exchanges will always require an extremely high number of confirmations due to the low hash rate making any major bitcoin mining pool able to perform a 51% attack if they wanted to.
