It is too expensive at this stage. I don't think that Bitcoin Cash would be a significant tech in the future. Imo, it would be treated as just another altcoin along with the other several altcoins cloned from Bitcoin such as Dash, Litecoin, Navcoin and bunch of others as blockchains don't really die they just forked off.
Yes, it is gaining momentum right now pumped by 'Big blockers' and speculators. What are its notable features? I think none. It's just all advertising. However, the only notable difference from Bitcoin is, Bitcoin Cash has bigger blocks (8mb). Imo, I don't think that's sensible basis to invest in. For what is worth, from a technical standpoint 8mb is pretty reckless solution to scalability. I wouldn't be surprise when their blockchain size goes Petabyte within 6 months. And I for one, don't want to download that kind of size to run full node. But hey, I'm not against free money (for BTC hodlers). Maybe I'll buy when it goes < $1.
Plus, if people want fast transaction. We already have other alts for that. Take for example litecoin.
