btc-e does not let me withdraw my bitcoins. their support ignores me. what can i do?

They didn't scam you, they got seized by the FBI just like CryptoBagHolder said. I saw a lot of ongoing petitions for FBI to return bitcoin to btc-e users. Doubt they will do that but still you can try signing that and thats it. Not much else you can do.

The site have already been shut down as the owner have been charged with laundering funds stolen from the Mt. Gox cryptocurrency exchange platform and also for facilitating crimes like drug sales and ransom-ware attacks by the authorities, I highly doubt you would be able to retrieve your bitcoins back from them.

It seems you have not been watching the news closely, the BTC-e exchange was seized by US authorities, your chances of recovering your coins are very low at this moment, I just hope that the amount you had there was small and that does not affect you too much because it is likely those coins are lost forever.

Go to the nearest US embassy and file a complaint.
