Question for people running 5830 + AMD GPU Clock Tool

For those of you using the AMD GPU Clock Tool to OC your 5830, what does the device ID show up as in the pulldown menu at the top?  Not the Vendor ID, but the actual PCI #?  For some reason I keep getting the error "Clock set failed! Please check your device configuration" whenever I try to move it beyond factory settings.  Thanks in advance!
