I cannot post anything in Market, have message that it's less than 360 seconds after my last post, but I haven't done anything here yet.

Newbie can only post every 5 minutes and 360 is 6 minutes right? Try to post every 20 minutes and see if your timing of post is not an error like what you experience OR i think you did not notice that the thread is lock for a newbie or all the selected ranks of the OP

And I doubt that you didn't post less than 360 seconds ago before you started to try to post again which made the text appear.

Only poloniex and yobit provide chatrooms, other markets have not thought about this yet, so you can only find chatrooms only in yobit and poloniex, but now the chatroom in poloniex has been removed

after posting a post you need to wait 360 seconds for making a new post. its easy to understand man. Don't be panic with this issue.try to understand what the site said to you. as a newbie never try to spam in this  forum.try to read more and more it will help you learn many thing.

  It is because of your rank. Newbies have limited access in this forum. You need to be logged in for at least 4 hours and you should have at least 5 posts to be able to post anywhere else. And like what you said, you can only post every 360 seconds. Just take your time. Be patient. For the mean time, spend your time reading here in the Beginners section because you'll learn a lot of things here. Good luck

You can only make one post  in 5 minutes,that is because newbie rank has limited  access in the entire forum. But once you rank up limitation decrease until it is fully lift up,which means you can make a post every minute but you will be a spammer/burst poster by doing that.

As a newbie myself, I found it an absolute pain in the backside trying to sign up on this site. It took me 2 days to finally sign up. When ever a username I choose was taken, then I tried to try another one I kept getting an error message saying that I needed to wait another 45 seconds. It took me about 10 times going round & round trying to find a username not taken. It would be nice if this site was made a bit more userfriendly imo.

That's not really a bug but rather a feature of the forum to keep newbie spammers at bay. The posting restrictions were placed so as to ensure that newly-created accounts wouldn't be spamposting anywhere else in hopes to clutter the forum and possibly boost their ranks (which is not the case thankfully). Also, sending a pm and posting a new message on the boards share the same timer just so you know.
