I have had my BTC on Breadwallet up until now.
Just got a new Ledger nano which I want to use.
Question: If I transfer all my balance to Ledger now, how will I access my Bitcoin Cash and where?

Many thanks,

Thanks,

My motivation for migrating to Ledger was initially for security purposes but I understand they already support BCH as well.
I'm just not sure when/how I should transfer my existing BTC.

I own a Trezor and they are fixing some issue with BCH at the moment... If you plan on holding your BCH you can wait for the dust to settle a little bit. Of course if your breadwallet is compromise or something and you need to get your BTC out of there its totally understandable. Personally Im just waiting  for everything to clear up to claim my BCH.

Though from what I understand, if I move my BTC now the BCH balance will remain on the old address/wallet?
