I'm assuming you still want to use Dustin for your purchases. If that's the case, you won't be running any RX 580 since they're out of stock with no date whatsoever.

Rx's will get you more mhs than the gtx 1060, but the gtx 1060 is (probably,) cheaper and more available, plus it can be sold for a neat value to gamers after you mine, i would get the gtx's if they're cheaper
