I've received 3.109 BTC with my address : 1ThothNC8w3mx4rGDtErxuTKegcUCX2ug   as in this tx id :

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Your wallet may have been compromised. There is no way to return the BTC, as chargebacks are impossible. What client were you using?

I look at this from blockr.io It's show as the fund still with 18nffxYf5k3TeT8n2MJt6D1a8VbEyBz8x6  and never sent out.  Why it's not same as blockchain.info.

Blockr.io blockexplorer is clearly broken.
If you look at their block data, it is 431 hours behind the current chain.
Blockchain.info is likely reporting accurately.

I noticed that your address has the word "Thoth" in it. Is that a vanity
address that you had made on a website for you, by any chance? Where
did you get that "1Thoth" address?

Basically, your coins are gone unless you also control the address it
immediately went to. Since it moved within seconds of receiving the 3btc,
I assume your address was a compromised vanity address, or your wallet
client itself is a fake version, or there is malware on your computer.

I support a decentralized & unregulatable ledger first, with safe scaling over time.
