The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

That is possible if you have your transaction ID , just input your transaction id on the Bitcoin explorer : https://blockchain.info

Maybe.  That depends on what the amount was.

If you know the approximate time that you sent the transaction, it would be easier to find.

If you know the exact time that you sent it, it would be much easier to find.

If the only information you have is the amount sent/date, then you probably won't be able to find it. There are millions of transactions being made daily and a huge number of them will have outputs with amounts similar to yours. Take note that the transaction doesn't have exact timing being tied to it, nodes would receive it at different timing.

Are you finding the deposit address for the mixer or the end point? If its the end point, it is definitely impossible, else the mixer didn't serve its purpose.

Assuming that the amount was rather unique...

Find the first block that was created after that time.
Check all the transactions in the block and see if any of them exactly match the amount.
Then check all the transactions in the next block.
Then check all the transactions in the block after that.
Continue checking through all the transaction in subsequent blocks until you find the transaction you are looking for.

Did it confirm very quickly?  If so, then you'll probably find it in one of the first 2 or 3 blocks that you look through.

If you are looking for the final transaction that the mixer sent to the recipient address, then you'll probably have to check through more blocks. There are a bit less than 150 blocks created per day, so depending on which mixer you used, and how fast they mix the coins, you may have to search through quite a few blocks.

If the amount was not very unique, then you may find multiple transactions that all pay the same amount to different addresses.  In that case, you'll need to trace the transaction chains backwards and/or forwards to see if you can identify any other amounts and/or addresses that can help you determine which is the correct transaction.

Where i could find block at a specific date? Should you post a link?

https://blockchain.info/block-height/

Blocks occur approximately once every 10 minutes on average. So, if you know how long ago, you can calculate the block height. Then just add that height to the end of the URL.

For example looking at:
https://blockchain.info/block-height/479612

We see that the block was created at 2017-08-08 06:21:21 UTC.

Once you find the block that you want to start with, you can add the block's hash value (found at that link above) to the following URL to see all the transactions in the block:

https://blockchain.info/block/

For example, looking at block height 479612 we see that the block hash is: 00000000000000000063e661abee0b5cbc95bd8a44f9e266afb780f60192c3f6

Adding that to this new URL we get (where we can see all the transactions in that block):
https://blockchain.info/block/00000000000000000063e661abee0b5cbc95bd8a44f9e266afb780f60192c3f6
