dear every body.
don't afraid about price of ETH drop, look back to BTC price, it ever drop more than 15% or more in a day.
and, remember, if a lot of ppl need ETH to join crowdfunding, they will buy it and raising the ETH value.

Exactly what I thought. Cryptocurrencies are very volatile so you can expect 20% fluctuations per day. There is no need to worry about REAL ICO because they will invest in real estate (which is one of the safest possible investments)  Wink
yes, and it can safe our funds from volatile. real estate is best investment place.
That's right, I think so too. because every real estate project usually bring huge profits. although not all projects are successful, some are failing.
I hope REAL ICO will be a great success.
me too. every body need property (such as house) for life, and it is a real estate. investing on this project is better choice for future.
real estate is long-term investment, you can make more profit
so dont afraid

The concept of sharing profits from a property is great and fair. After all you've partly bought the property, so you have the right to its proceeds as well.

Someone on Youtube noted that you pay for tokens in the ICO and the REAL company then buys properties from the funds raised by the ICO. He made an issue about then having to buy into the property for a second time with RPP, because in essence you've already bought the properties when participating in the ICO. I don't think this is true. Yes, they buy properties with funds raised by the ICO, but you chose which one to truly invest in by buying RPPs with REAL tokens. The way I see it, the REAL token kind of serves as a carte blanche on the platform. You don't pay double, you pay once and then take a pick out of their listings.

What I can't figure out is what happens when a property turns a loss? How is that handled?

You cant have a total loss on property

youll still get rental income (unless its vacant) and im guessing you can sell your share of the property at any time

There is a company that does this right now only not based on a blockchain

its called property partner - Uk based company

If done properly, there shouldn't be a total loss of course.

But like you said, what if it's vacant or need repairs/upgrades to keep rental price profitable? Who is going to finance that and how?

For those asking..I believe leftover tokens will be burned.

This thread is obviously full of bots.  Seeming more and more scammy by the minute.

Could also be manual and a way for them to bump the thread. But looking it at precisely you might not be wrong.

There are some groups that will public whatever they want just to keep the thread up on the first page, and also saying positives things about the project, mostly because they already invested on in an ICO or Pre-sale, so they try to secure their investment, and because this project has already a successful PRE-ICO, they will just start with their spamming here and some other forums and chats, some are good at hiding their intentions, others not much, but a lot of projects have them, is inevitable, you just look into the project and judge it yourself, and you'll see if the project is good or not, forget about the spammers or bots, they don't have a valid opinion.

yeah but bots really suck to push a thread. You mostly notice it and it really is a bad sign for any project that shows the need for bot activity...

We are not entering into the "comparison" game because they are obviously biased if made from the company perspective.

REAL Is focusing on crowdfunding investments.

China is really influential in crypto world but it is not the only large market. Once you can have solid support from Korea, Europe, Japan, US and other countries then success are still very much guaranteed. Looks like we have another sold out project here.

Good question: is it even allowed to use a bot to spread the word on these forum ANNs? It's completely garbage when they post the same thing a thousand times.

Our soft cap is 100000 ETH, that would equal to around 25MM Tokens. As they would represent 51% there would be a total of 50MM Tokens.

All unsold tokens are not minted (=burned).

We will adapt our strategy to the token sale outcome, very good already!

What amazes me is the average of ETH invested per contributor. Even after 33000 ETH investments, it is near to 10 ETH per person. Burning of unsold coins is one of the key features these days and would like to know more about the legal setup and next operations.

First, where can I see the progress of ICO? I don't find it on the official website of the project. And secondly, what is the difference between REAL and Atlant? Why your project is better?

You can see progress on their site. They raised already around 11 mlm usd.

https://www.real.markets

But how much they want to raise in total?

quite a lot of previous projects that bring the same concept with this project, but I hope the developers have the right strategy to make this project look superior to other similar projects
