I think you are correct and instead of paying the full video you will only pay the amount of video you watched so if you will skip some parts then you don't have to pay for those skipped parts.

maybe thats the difference with some sites that offers adult contents. that instead of using USD, you need to use their token. and with this, it will increase the demand of XPA. increase of demand means increase of price.

Yes Jenrem they preferably want you to buy some xpa tokens before you can surf their site. Its an adult content website like pornhub but you can only pay for less.
