The masternode address must have exactly 23000 FLAX in a single transaction. Your firewall must also be configured to allow access to the RPC and P2P ports.

For Windows,
Download the wallet, activate it, then encrypt it.
Display the address from "Action" "Recieving Address" and send 23000 tokens there.
Cancel the encryption and wait.
Is this OK?
